We offer a wide range of shoemakeing materials (materials used in shoe manufacturing), such as: leathers, synthetic materials, reinforcing materials, toe cap materials, overlap materials, interlinings, membranes, insoles, chemicals for finishing shoes, etc.

Leathers

Types of leathers we offer:

Buff Barton

Split

ByCast

Crust

Microfiber

Roboot® materials for uppers and linings, characterised by high hygienic qualities and an immense resistance against rubbing.

Membranes

Membranes are thin yet elastic coatings manufactured using a technologically advanced treatment of synthetic materials. Their primary task is not to let any water penetrate inside the shoe, all the same letting the water vapour out (sweat). They are often laminated with the lining material or applied (sputtered/sprayed) onto it from the inside (the latter making them less durable).

There are three types of membranes on the market, related to the substance they are made of: Teflon (PTFE), Polyester, Polyurethane.

In Our offer one can find all three types, sold as (WIELOSKLEJKI). Except standard packages, We also provide for products that suit the individual needs and preferences of Our Clients (regarding colour, physical parameters, types of materials used, etc.). We also possess seam-sealing tapes adequate and suitable for each of Our products.

We offer SYMPATEX® and TE-POR® membranes.

Interlinings

Part of the shoe that can be found between the upper and the lining. It reinforces the upper material, increases its thickness and is permanently connected to the upper via glue. It also helps to “remember” the shape of a shoe form (knit). Interlinings are usually knits or textiles made of cotton or cotton with additives. We offer textile interlinings for blocking and knitted interlinings for forming.

Toe caps

The element reinforcing the toe, mirroring and constantly maintaining the shape of the front of the last. Most often made of thermoplastic materials with the “ping-pong” effect.

We also offer composite toe caps that adhere to the EN 12568 standard.

Overlaps

The element reinforcing and stabilising the heel. In certain shoe types it helps to keep the shoe properly on the foot. Essential especially in kids’ shoes, as it helps to maintain the correct alignment of the heel and ankle, which is crucial for healthy development of children’s feet. We offer thermoplastic overlaps as well as ones made of recycled(upcycled) leather.

Insoles

The element connecting the upper parts of the shoe with the bottom ones. To meet the extensive comfort requirements, the insole material should be able to form permanent deformations (to fit perfectly to a foot), yet durable and hard enough to damp and minimise terrain irregularities. In the case of professional footwear, it should also be immune (highly resistant) to piercing by sharp objects as stated by the strict safety standards.

One of the primary tasks of the insole is to absorb the excess moisture, while the shoe is in use and to desorb the moisture, while it is not in use.

Most common insole materials nowadays are cellulose, pressed nonwovens, leather and textiles with ceramic fibres.

We offer cellulose, nonwoven and anti-piercing insole materials, which meet the EN 12568 standard.

Linings

The shoe’s inner part that directly or indirectly touches the foot. Its quality has a large influence on the hygienic factor of the shoe. It ensures the shoe’s thermic qualities and effectively absorbs excess moisture. The traditional lining material is leather. However, synthetic textiles and nonwovens also find wide application in youth, outdoor and professional footwear. On the market there are various types of nonwovens, polyester or polyamide (e.g. Cambrelle® or Super Royal® type). Textiles made of specialised fibres are also increasingly popular, for example: Coolmax® – tubular polyester fibres, excellent in dissipation of excess heat, Microfibers – of enhanced parameters as compared to natural leather and of high hygienic qualities, Shim linings and Insulation linings (synthetic and natural).

We offer a wide range of lining materials, for example:

-Super Royal®

-Milena®

-AirNet®

-Solar®

Hotmelt glues

Glues in the form of granules or lines, copolymer of polyester or polyamide, used as an adhesive in the “lasting” process, the connecting of the upper with the insole.

Cordura®

Cordura® fabric, made of texturized polyamide fibres, is used in the most durable utility fabrics of its class. It is several times stronger than ordinary nylon and over a dozen times stronger than polyester, cotton and other traditional fabrics. Cordura® fabric finds application in production of sports clothing, rucksacks, vests, and military and professional footwear. The fabric offered by Us is exceptionally durable and resistant to mechanical damage.

The material is from two to seven times “stronger” than nylon, polyester and cotton. It provides a simultaneously light and fast-drying layer for clothing, rucksacks and shoes made with it.

Our textiles are equipped with several layers of Teflon coating from the outer side. From the inner side, We can offer a number of distinct finishes depending on the Client’s needs.

Foams

Foamed materials (e.g. PU, PE, latex) increase the wearing comfort, stiffen elements of the upper and shapes the shoe’s lining. Materials quite undervalued, but hard to overvalue.

We offer foams of manifold densities ranging from 25 to 120 kg/m³.

Finishing agents for shoes

We offer products of the FENICE SPA company. A wide range of finishing agents for leather, soles, heels, and leather goods. In Our offer one might find pastes, creams, finishes, waxes, impregnates, softeners, cleaning agents, varnishes, and many more. Along with the finishing agents we offer comprehensive guidance in the technology of usage.
